Robot Cell for Welding of a School Bench Frame

The robot welding cell is designed for automation of welding processes in the production of frames of school desks and other furniture designs.

The assembly of products is carried out without any preliminary tack in a specially designed tooling.
The turntable in the robot cell provides automatic turn of the product from the operator-installer to the welding robot zone.
All welding operations are performed in fully automated mode, including cleaning of the welding torch.
