Welding of Trolley Frames

Technology features:
- The robot is equipped with a laser scanner to determine the position of the welding seam, taking into account possible

displacements and deviations.

- The robot is mounted onto the linear module, as an additional axis and significantly increase the reach zone when welding.

- The single-axis positioner has a sliding supporting head, which allows to mount and rotate work pieces of various sizes.

- Welding robot Fanuc 710iC / 12L with increased reach was used in this project.
