Description of Project:

 

The robotic work cell provides automatic welding of the assembly of the lifting mechanism (Swivel part, Base, Arrow).
The work cell includes a universal positioner, which ensures the rotation of the products on one axis and two axes. Each axis of the positioner is the additional axis of the welding robot, which ensures controlled rotation of the welded assembly
In addition, the welding robot is mounted on a linear track, which allows linear movement of the robot up to 8 meters. The linear module serves  an additional axis of the robot with controlled movement of the robot along the track.
In total, the solution has 9 axes of mobility forming a single coordinate system with a common PLC controller and programming.
