This robot cell ensures fully automatic welding of snowracers with two welding robots operating at the same time.

The robot cell is fitted with a double-sided rotary table that ensures automated welding of workpieces in the weld area and at the same time isolates the operator installing the workpieces in the fixtures.

Welding fixtures specially engineered and fabricated at Belfingroup engineering centre enable assembly of workpieces in a fixed position without preliminary tack welds.

Two robots ensure the highest productivity.
