TIG/MAG welding of Crude Oil Sampler Cylinder

Robotic work cell provides fully automatic welding of oil samplers using TIG and MIG / MAG technology with automatic torch change. The work cell includes two-axis positioners that provide controlled rotation of products in the rotary and inclined axes to ensure the reach of the robot and the correct position of the welded joints during the welding process. Each operator's working area is protected by a light barrier and equipped with an external control panel.
