Description of Project: | The industrial welding robot in this Robot Welding Cell is equipped with a modern laser scanner that performs a preliminary search of welds in fully automated mode.
The Cell consists of two single-axis-positioners, each of which is an additional axis of the robot, which provides controlled rotation (positioning) of the product during welding. In order to extend the working range of the welding robot, robot is placed on a linear module, which is also an additional axis.
The presence of the linear module also ensures that the robot moves from one positioner to another. The structure of the Cell, including metal constructions and technological tooling, was designed in the design bureau of Nordica Sterling and produced at its own production facility. |
