Robotic welding of fan ventilation housing

The robotic work cell provides completely automatic welding of various fan ventilation housing sizes.

To solve the task, engineers at Nordica Sterling Robotics and Automation designed and manufactured a universal tool to comply with assembly and installation of products of various sizes on the faceplate of a two-axis positioner.

A two-axis positioner provides controlled rotation of the products during welding, which allows welding in the correct orientation.
