Welding of Chairs

Robot Cell Welding technology produce frames for office chairs in fully automated mode.
An important feature of this Cell is its performance in the form of a mobile cab. Our engineers have designed the position according to customer's requirements so that it can be moved by crane to any place in the production area.
There is a rotary table in the station, which automatically brings the product into the robot's welding zone. The Cell's operator is isolated from the robot and is loading and unloading from another site.

Technological tooling was designed and developed at Nordica Sterling DB, it ensures precise assembly without initial tack welds.
