Wheel Barrow Frame Welding

The robotic work cell provides automatic welding of frames assembly of heavy purpose carts.

The turntable in the complex provides an automatic change of positions between a robot and an operator. In addition, each position of the turntable is controlled by the rotation of the welded parts during the welding process.

For this customer, 3 identical work cell solutions have been introduced to ensure the required productivity.

Today, robotic welding work cell is in full operation and is actively used in manufacturing.
