6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes in this information.
6.2. The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.4. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Site Administration that has failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with the laws of the USA, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
