Robotic Welding Tractor Parts

The robotic complex performs automatic welding of tractor and bulldozer elements. The complex includes a single-axis positioner with a reverse support module, which provides controlled rotation of products along the horizontal axis.

To extend the reach, the robot is placed on a linear track. The track carriage gearbox is driven by the robot's servomotor, providing controlled movement of the robot.

For installation and rigid fixture of parts between the positioner faceplates, a massive jig equipment was developed for this project.

The operator's working area is protected by a light barrier and equipped with an external HMI control panel.
