Description

The robotic solution performs welding of the shaft support panel in fully automatic mode.

The part is mounted in a special fixture on the faceplate of a two-axis tilt-and-turn rotating column, allowing the product to be positioned in a precise position for deep V groove welding.

To expand the reach, the L-shaped column with the robot moves along a linear track. In addition, the column has a function of controlled vertical movement of the robot.

The column is placed on a two-position module, providing a 180° turn for welding in the zone of the opposite single-axis positioner.
