Description

A robotic solution ensures milling of large softwood mold (thermoforming) in fully automatic mode.

The robot is placed on a specialized frame which expands the robot's reach along three additional axes. The gearbox of each axis is driven by a servomotor, which ensures controlled movement of the robot in a single coordinate system of the complex.

The solution includes software for the automatic generation of trajectories and modes of processing products.

The robot EOAT spindle is interchangeable by using an automated tool changer including a tool storage magazine.

In addition to the robot tool, high power suction equipment for collecting dust and small particles of chips is used during operation.
