Description

A robotic solution performs unloading of a cutting machine, followed by control weighing and marking of products.

In case of detection of a defect during control weighing, the robot adaptively rejects the product by moving it to the appropriate storage location.

The solution includes a dot-impact marker using a pneumatic feeder.

The robot is equipped with a vacuum gripper for working with products of various sizes.

The solution is designed as an isolated cabin with an external HMI control panel.
