Description

An industrial robot automatically distributes sealant onto the surface of the engine crankcase.

The sealant is dispensed automatically according to the selected work program.

For convenience and rigid fixturing of the crankcase, a pneumatic tooling was developed and manufactured that ensures high repeatability of each mounting.

The robotic cell is located in a special cabinet, and the operator's workspace is protected by a light barrier and equipped with an external HMI control panel.

6.1. The User is obliged to:
