Robotic Plasma Cutting

The plasma cutting robotic solution provides automatic cutting of pipes of various cross-sections. High precision cutting eliminates the need for subsequent mechanical processing. After cutting, the pipes are sent directly to the welding section.

This technology allows not only to form the necessary trajectory for cutting pipe ends, but also to cut holes of various diameters.

The complex includes a two-position rotary table, which provides automatic change of positions between the robot and the person, which allows the robot to be loaded to the maximum.

Each position of the rotary table provides controlled rotation of the products during the cutting process, which is technologically necessary to achieve high cutting quality.
