Description

An industrial robot as part of a robotic cell performs automatic bending of products, ensuring synchronous operation with a sheet bending machine.

The robot cell is equipped with several types of vacuum grippers and changed according to work piece specification. This functionality is necessary for automatic bending of a large range of product sizes. Each part is programmed in the recipe control panel.

In order to expand the reach, the robot is placed on a track, the carriage gearbox of which is driven by a servomotor. This functionality allows for automatic bending of very large products.

The control system of the complex is combined with the CNC of the sheet bending machine for synchronous operation of all equipment.
