Robotic Work Cell for Sealing, Dispensing and Material Handling for Filter Manufacturing

Description of Project:

Nordica Sterling Robotics and Automation designed and integrated into an assembly line a robotic work cell for the production of industrial filters.

The robotic work cell performs the following tasks:

- Applying glue to the internal surfaces of industrial filters in order to securely fix the corrugated filter inside the filter housing

- Transfers the filters from the conveyor to the receiving conveyor of the Line;

- Precise manipulation of filters in the work area.
