Description

The RWS-W214.01 is a high-performance solution for welding long products that require rotation during the welding process along the horizontal axis.

The complex includes four single-axis positioners that can work synchronously in pairs, or each separately.

Key features of the RWS-W214.01:

· The robots are placed on a specialized track to expand the linear reach. The gearbox of each carriage is driven by the robot's servomotor;

· The presence of four single-axis positioners allows for synchronous rotation of large products in two independent working areas to eliminate "twisting".
