RWS-W111.03

The RWS-W111.03 robotic system is an effective solution for welding large-sized products that require rotation along two axes. It includes a two-position table, each position of which provides controlled two-axis rotation of the welded products. The robot is placed on an L-shaped column with a function of vertical displacement of the robot to expand its reach.

Key features of the RWS-W111.03:

Automatic change of positions of the rotary table is carried out along the vertical axis. The axis of change of table positions can be inclined or without inclination. The presence of a dividing shield of the rotary table isolates the operator from welding radiation;

The L-shaped column provides controlled displacement of the robot in height up to 1700 mm;

A range of load capacity is available for each table position from 500 to 1500 kg;

· The available range of distances between the faceplates of each position is from 2000 to 3000 mm;

· The operator's working area is protected by a light barrier and equipped with an external control panel.
